Automatic transport document for transporting hazardous waste
When transporting hazardous waste, you are required by law to have a transport document with you throughout the entire journey. In Coredination, the transport document is created automatically when you handle items marked as hazardous waste, and the driver has the document available in the app throughout the entire journey.
The administrator marks items as hazardous waste and adds waste codes to the item. The driver can view the transport document in the mobile app and easily collect signatures from both the waste deliverer and the waste recipient, and can add a declaration and adjusted weight to the transport document.
Easy reporting for administrators
Coredination makes it easy to keep track of all transport documents. Filter by customer, project or period and easily export to Excel for reporting to customers, partners or the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency.
You can also use integrations to share transport documents with the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency, financial systems or business systems as needed.
Why are transport documents for hazardous waste important?
Since November 2020, all transport of hazardous waste must be reported to the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency's electronic waste register. Transport documents help to track what type of hazardous waste is being transported, from where and to which recipient.
The requirement applies to both companies and private individuals, which means that all transport, for example from a sludge suction vehicle, must be documented regardless of the type of customer.
