Feedback directly in the feed
When an assignment is completed, Coredination can automatically send an SMS survey to the customer. The customer is asked to answer a simple question about how satisfied they were, and the answer is collected directly in the system. CSAT value showing what customers think
The results from customer survey responses are compiled into a CSAT value (Customer Satisfaction Score), which shows how satisfied customers have been on a scale from 1 to 10. You can quickly see where you are performing well – and where there is room for improvement. The value can be tracked over time and used to measure your progress in a concrete way.
