Minimise driver administration with GPS and Tellus

Connect vehicles with GPS and build geofences around locations and facilities that drivers visit. This allows journeys to be reported automatically. If you also activate Tellus in Coredination, environmental data is automatically retrieved directly from the vehicles based on the times reported by the GPS devices. 

The mobile app simplifies things for drivers by reducing the amount of information they need to enter, which means transport managers can trust that the information is accurate and no mistakes have been made.

Convenient overview for drivers 

Coredination's mobile app gives you a clear overview of your working day. The overview shows booked assignments so you can see immediately where you are going and what you need to do. You can choose whether you want to see it in a schedule view or list view, depending on the number of assignments you typically drive in a day. 

The driver or transport manager can set which notifications should pop up in the driver's app. This ensures that the right information is sent at the right time if an assignment is rebooked, double-booked or if something changes. 

After completing an assignment, the driver can easily report back using a suitable template, ranging from a simple "OK" to reporting time, items, kilometres, drawing up transport documents, reporting deviations and a long list of other measures. Tailored to each driver's individual situation.
