A digital QHSE folder

In Coredination's customer portal, your customers can easily find a digital version of the QHSE folder for all rental products for a specific project. You can easily add all related documentation such as risk analyses, images, instructions, manuals and procedures for an object.

All documents are easily saved at the object level in Coredination, so you have a complete history of the rented product. And you don't have to do double work before each new rental of a product.

Fault reports during the rental period

When your customer discovers a fault, either during daily inspection or during use, they can easily submit a digital fault report for the product. The fault report pops up as a case in the Coredination app for a service technician to go out and look at. The customer can track the fault report and its status on their phone at any time, easily and conveniently. This also applies to other colleagues at the workplace.

Daily inspection of rental products

You can easily create templates for daily inspections, tailored to the product the customer has rented. The customer simply logs in and gets an overview of the products rented for a specific project, and can immediately see which ones require daily inspection and which ones do not.
