End User License Agreement

This Agreement, and any subsequent versions, between Coredination and you, covers all your use of the Service and your use of the Software at all terminals where the software is installed by you or any third party. You can accept this Agreement by clicking the Accept button or similar button in the Service or the Software.

License: 

Under the terms of this agreement, Coredination hereby grants you a personal, limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download, install and use the Software on your computer or mobile device, and to use the Service.

Assignment: 

You shall not sell, transfer, rent, lease, distribute, export, import, act as an intermediary or provider, or otherwise grant rights to third parties in respect of the Service, Software or any part thereof.

No modifications: 

You will not undertake, cause, permit or authorize modification, creation of derivative works, translation, reverse engineering, disassembling or hacking of the Service, Software or any part thereof except to the extent permitted by law.

All materials produced by Coredination in the Software and Service such as text, graphics, logos, icons, pictures, drawings, sound recordings and software components, belong to Coredination. Materials are protected by copyright law and similar legislation in other countries. Unauthorized use or dissemination of the material may involve violations of copyright laws, trademark laws or other laws protecting the immaterial property rights, which may result in criminal penalties.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all content that you upload, submit, post, transmit or display through the Service and that Coredination shall not be held responsible to you or any third party for any content that is not produced by Coredination.

Content of the Service is stored at least ninety (90) days if not removed by users. Beyond that, archiving data is your own responsibility. You are responsible for backup of content produced by you and agree that no critical data stored within the Service as a primary source.

Coredination comply with the rules under the Swedish Personal Data Act designed to ensure that personal data is handled in an appropriate manner. The personal information that users provide to Coredination, such as name, address, email address, telephone number, and position can be processed both manually and mechanically. No such information will be shared with third parties without your express consent.

Privacy: 

Coredination will not without your consent, make public or otherwise provide to a third party, content provided by you in the Service, such as:

You are responsible for restricting access to information with the features offered within the Service.
Login credentials (username and password) are confidential information. You are solely responsible for storing your username and password in a manner that prevents unauthorized to this information.
You shall immediately notify Coredination if you suspect that an unauthorized person knows your password. You are also required to change your password if you find that others know your login credentials. You are solely responsible for any unauthorized use caused by unathorized actions in the event of abuse.

You may only use the Service and / or Software for lawful purposes.

Payment Terms: 

Coredination will bill the Customer monthly as long as your account is active in the service. If payment has not been received on the due date, Coredination reserves the right to disable your account and thereby revoking your access to the Service.

Limitations of Liability: 

You acknowledge and agree that Coredination, its licensors, affiliates and staff, will have no liability in connection with or arising from your use, or inability to use, the Software or Service. In no event shall Coredination be liable for any of the following events arising from your use, or inability to use (whether direct or indirect), the Software or Service:

Term and Termination: 

This agreement will be effective as of the Effective Date and will remain effective until terminated by either Coredination or you as set forth below. You may terminate these Terms with immediate effect at any time by notifying Coredination by e-mail or any other means of communication. Coredination may terminate the agreement with immediate effect in the following cases:

Coredination shall terminate the agreement by notifying you at the email address you have provided, and / or by preventing access to your user account. 

Force majeure: 

Coredination shall be exempt from liability in cases when Coredination can not live up to commitments prevented or substantially hindered by events that Coredination cannot reasonably control or anticipate, such as labor disputes, lightning, fire, atmospheric disturbances, foreign legislation, government action, war, strike or similar circumstances.

Language: 

The original Swedish version of this agreement may have been translated into other languages. In the event that the Swedish version differs from or is inconsistent with any version of this Agreement in any other language, the Swedish version shall prevail.

By clicking the Accept button or similar button in the Service or Software, you agree that you have read and understood this agreement, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions until the contract is terminated.
